PC games will now be optimized by Raptr and Intel as well
AMD and Nvidia are known to have dabbled in optimizing the settings of PC games so that the games match the hardware that they are run on. Intel and Raptr are also jumping onto this bandwagon.
Those who run games on their PC often faces frustration when there is an incoherence between the software and the hardware that they are running on. As a result, AMD and Nvidia realized a captive market here where they can provide services for matching the game with the hardware for the PC game users. GeForce Experience offers such a service for Nvidia hardware. AMD powered systems are made compatible on PC platforms by Gaming Evolved. Intel is now jumping onto this bandwagon by announcing their partnership with Raptr.
His announcement was made at the Game Developers Conference. Intel will develop a special system that will crowd source data in order to find the right game settings for a PC system and it will help performance and quality to be adjusted accordingly. The variant that Intel introduces for Raptr includes game play recording. Such a feature is enhanced by Intel with the help of the Quick Scan technology. This technology encodes video with the help of hardware acceleration. If a gamer’s system does not have the updated drivers, Raptr will notify the users of the same.
New builds can be downloaded and installed as and when they are made available. Those who play games with limited graphics hardware, they will surely benefit from the integrated graphic offered by Intel. Raptr is ideal for entry level gamers who are using Intel hardware and wish to get the optimal experience out of such hardware. The Intel variant of Raptr is available for downloading many forums for the benefit of PC gamers.
